Well-located, clean rooms. Personable owner, Franco. Warm welcome with cold water. Complimentary coffee and croissants.

Had a fabulous Xmas Stay! the hotel was excellently positioned, situated in the heart of the city and close to all the shops. the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the hotel owner was very courteous and welcoming, providing us with delectable snacks on arrival, which was really nice. We also enjoyed being able to relax at the lounge near the cosy fireplace.

the only thing we would have liked is for the hotel to have organised some festive events and activities to fully embrace the Xmas spirit.

We had a good stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the perfect cleanliness, friendly staff who gave us complimentary coffee and croissants, and the great location for exploring this city.

The hotel's location was great for exploration, with many attractions nearby. Rooms were well-lit and sparkling, and the bathrooms were spotless. the owner was warm and welcoming upon our arrival, offering us cold refreshments and complimentary croissants and coffee for breakfast.

The Wi-Fi connectivity was abysmal and frequently stalled.

The hotel we stayed at was quite clean and bright, which I found to be the best aspects of it. The location was also spot on, which is something that's very important to me as a frequent traveler. Another advantage I enjoyed was the friendly nature of the owner, who offered us free cold water on our arrival.

The main issue was that breakfast wasn't included, and there weren't any good options nearby. the hotel restaurant wasn't the best either, and the food was rather plain.
